My husband and I would like to recommend Ms Vicky Ariffin
for her excellent, efficient and friendly service during
our search for our "dream home".
We had been looking for a suitable condo that fit our
location, budget and lifestyle requirements for more
than three months, with no success. Many property agents
we encountered previously were only interested in making
a sale and were not interested in helping us or giving
information over and beyond what they were "programmed"
to say.
This was until we met Ms Ariffin at the Gardenvista
condominium showflat. On that weekend, we decided to
tour some showflat for fun, not intending to buy as
we thought they would not be within our budget.
Immediately on our arrival at Gardenvista, Ms Ariffin
greeted us cheerfully and let us know she was around
to answer any of our questions. She was friendly and
helpful but not at all pushy. Soon we were engaged in
conversation and found her a very jovial and interesting
person to talk to.
Ms Ariffin told us some things we didn't know - that
many of Far East Organization's properties were actually
completed ahead of schedule and we actually had more
choices than we had previously thought. For instance
the TOP date of Blue Horizon condo is advertised as
year 2007, but the current expected completion date
is 2005. In fact, the clubhouse, amenities and pool
deck are already completed, and the showflats were actual
units in the partially completed tower blocks! Some
of the units were even being offered at very attractive
promotional prices. We had never seriously considered
that property before as we thought it out of our budget
and we had hoped to move by next year, as well as the
fact that we were not familiar with the West Coast area.
Anyway we got very excited about this new information,
and although it was almost closing time, Ms Ariffin
offered to take us to view the Blue Horizon showflat.
Apart from showing us around the development, she also
recruited the services of her husband to give us a car
ride around the entire West Coast and Clementi areas,
pointing out the various amenities and landmarks including
the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, West Coast Park
and Clementi Woods Park, the markets and shopping mall,
the schools and the National University of Singapore.
As we love parks and the outdoors, this was one of the
major factors influencing our purchasing decision.
By the next day, we had decided to go ahead and make
the purchase. Ms Ariffin handled the transaction very
efficiently and professionally. I had not believed we
could make a commitment so quickly as we are normally
very conservative and careful and take weeks to make
up our minds! However your excellent Ms Ariffin had
addressed all our doubts and fears to our satisfaction.
She had convinced us this was a deal we could not pass
up.
We don't regret our decision and are very glad to say
that we have not only found our dream home, but made
a new friend too! We would like to show our great appreciation
for her services and we hope she will be well rewarded
for her hard work, ethics and willingness to serve.
