of refined Asian, Italian, Japanese and the Pacific
Rim cuisines devised by four of our innovative chefs.
Senior Sous Chef Manogaran, inspired by his grandmother
at a young age, uses simple, traditional methods in
the preparation of Asian cuisines. Executive Chef Bonaventura
Mansi has a bold and innovative style. He focuses on
exciting flavours with simple ingredients in his Italian
cuisines. Sous Chef Norman Lim believes that the key
to Japanese cuisine is cooking from the heart using
simple techniques and the best quality ingredients.
And Sous Chef Jeffery Siew melds various ingredients
and creative culinary techniques from the Pacific Rim
countries to create his specialities.

at Town means.
Town, open daily for lunch from
11am to 3pm, offers a la carte, set and buffet menus.
Dinner, which offers a selection from the a la carte
and set menus, is available daily from 6pm till 11.30pm.
