Quality homes and services are trademarks of Far East Organization. However, beyond developing quality products and offering quality services, we also care about helping to nurture quality work life for all in the FEO family.
FEO recognises the importance of having a positive influence on the health of our staff as the workplace is like a second home for many of us. We have been organising programmes and activities to promote sports and recreation among our staff.

This year, our Organization joined the Workplace Health Promotion Programme. This programme was initiated by the Health Promotion Board with the aim to “develop a healthy workforce so as to contribute to Singapore’s productivity and prosperity for a better quality of life.”

FEO’s Sports and Recreation Committee is taking the lead in this programme. It has organised a variety of events like The New Paper Big Walk and 24-Hr 300km Ride for Charity. There are monthly games and sports like badminton and bowling that cumulate in yearly organisational tournaments to encourage our staff to adopt a healthier lifestyle. In addition staff can enjoy the gym facilities at Planet Fitness at Far East Square under FEO’s Corporate Membership. For those who like exercising to music, our Sports and Recreation Committee has organised dance classes that are held every Monday and Thursday nights. Staff could quickstep or waltz or rock and roll, and cha cha or salsa to a good sweat.

For all those who are interested in participating in the sports and recreational activities please check out the calendar of events at feoconnect. Our Sports and Recreation Committee welcomes suggestions for new and interesting activities, and volunteers to help organise these activities. Please contact Chiang Hock Wee at 97359881.
