Each year we have a Sales Excellence Campaign to
harness organisation-wide participation in the sales
effort.
This year’s six-week campaign, from 1 July to
15 August, was packed with innovative activities and
programmes that engaged our staff, their friends and
relatives, and our business associates on many different
levels.
Sales Training workshops for non-sales staff were conducted
at Changi Village Hotel and Orchard Parade Hotel. These
workshops aimed to equip our non-sales colleagues with
the necessary basic know-how in sales, such as sales
techniques, product knowledge, rules and regulations
of buying a property, etc.
Armed with this knowledge, our non-sales staff will
have the confidence to introduce Far East Organization’s
properties to their friends, family members and business
associates.
A one-stop public Sales Gallery at Far East Square
showcasing a collection of our projects provided a glimpse
of the diverse offerings in our portfolio.
This was well appreciated by some 700 staff and their
guests who visited this gallery during its eight-day
exhibition.
Buyers, referred by our staff, who bought selected
FEO properties during the Sales Excellence Campaign
enjoyed an attractive additional discount.
Blockbuster Nites featuring the popular Spider-Man
2 movie were organised for Club Connect members and
corporate clients in appreciation of their efforts and
continual support. Guests were treated to an evening
of light refreshments and networking before enjoying
the blockbuster hit.
As a morale booster to drive sales further, the sales
staff were also treated to a Spider-Man 2 movie night.
In addition property agents were invited to a “happy
hour” get together held at Vau, a hip wine bar
and trendy lounge at our brand new Changi Village Hotel
where they were updated on our various projects. They
also gained a first hand experience of Changi Village
Hotel’s ambience and services in a guided tour.
Hampers packed with Yeo’s products were presented
to visitors at selected show units as a token of our
appreciation for their patronage. And for buyers who
bought a unit, their chance to win a SOHO unit at Central
tripled.
The Sales Excellence Campaign 2004 was a resounding
success. We would like to thank everyone who participated
