Everyone, from the cleaning staff to the security guards, were very cheerful, friendly, and always quick to help. Because we were travelling with two small children, their assistance was really appreciated.

“Of special mention, we wanted to express our gratitude to Livia Choo, Hospitality Services Officer. Livia was a delightful person and brightened up the whole complex. Her flexibility, efficiency, and service were of a level I have not seen in hotel staff in my frequent travels to Singapore over the last three years. She was prompt and helpful in following up any questions we had and always went out of her way to do a little bit extra. With service like that we will certainly be back.”

"On Wednesday morning I had to drop in to Wisma Atria to pick up a bouquet of flowers for a wedding ceremony that I have to attend later that morning.

"As I was rushing for time, the bellhop at Orchard Parksuites (OPS), Hamdan Hamzah, kindly allowed me to leave my car at the service road outside the lobby. Unfortunately, after picking up the flowers, a heavy downpour prevented me from getting back to my car. I had to call OPS front office for help as I couldn't wait for the rain to stop as the time for the start of the wedding ceremony was drawing close.

"Your staff Kew Wai Leong came immediately with umbrellas and got himself thoroughly drenched. He took my car key and went back to OPS and drove my car over to Wisma so that I wouldn't get drenched. The umbrellas would not have helped because of the heavy rain and gusty wind.

"I am grateful to both Hamdan and Leong for going out of their way to assist me when I was caught unprepared in an urgent situation.

"You must be very proud to have such commendable service people under your charge."
