"When my friend first introduced me to this project
in Hong Kong, I instinctively liked the development and
the concept. I might be able to buy a bigger place for
the same amount of money in Toronto, but this development
is unique. You can't even find such a concept in Hong
Kong. Central speaks for itself."

like that it is in the centre of a tourist area. I could
sit by the river, drink a cup of coffee, and take in
the vibrant atmosphere. I like the fact that it is sitting
on top of the MRT network."

bring new levels to my creativity. I find that Hong
Kong is too wild, while Toronto is too quiet. But Singapore,
especially this river area is so vibrant, it has such
an atmosphere. I am going to use Singapore as a base
for my travels around this region."
