Nearly 4000 members have signed up for LVL1 since it was launched on 13 March 2004.

LVL1 cards come in preppy pink and blazen blue in the shape of the numeral one. It can be worn in any way the members want to.

Anyone who spends a minimum of S$50 within seven days at LevelOne outlets will get a LVL1 card with a 12-month membership term.

LVL1 card entitles the member to discounts ranging from 5% to 20% from almost all the outlets at LevelOne. For every minimum S$1 spent at LevelOne, members will earn 1 LevelOne point. An accumulation of 300 points within a year entitles the member to another 12-month free membership term.

The accumulated points can be used to redeem against a basket of goods. Members can trade or transfer points to other members.
