My owners and I visited your Customer Service Unit at the Central @ SOHO on 30 May 2008 to seek information regarding some specific requirements at one of the SOHO units. Ms Erlinda Lee Yu Shan was not only courteous but also methodical in handling our request and requirements. She also brought us down to the Central’s Management Office to facilitate our enquiries regarding the fitting out of our client’s SOHO unit, even arranging for an executive to explain the relevant government regulations to us.
