“They recently installed a convection oven in our kitchen. This will facilitate me in my venture of writing a cookbook and allow me to cook non-Asian style cuisine for lots of people, as we like to entertain!

“We would like to place on record the excellent service provided by your service staff for The Greenwood development over the months since we took possession of our home.

“Mr David Koh, whom we liaised with during the handover period, resolved many of the issues with the contractor within a short period of time. This enabled us to move into our new home quickly. David was prompt in following up and courteous whenever we contacted him. Although it was with some disappointment that we learnt that he had left the Organization, in the interim period when Hanyyati Yunnus covered his duties, we were pleasantly surprised to find the same level of responsiveness and efficiency from her.

“In the past couple of months when Melvin Teo took over, we once again found in him a high level of service and professionalism. Although the issues have been fairly minor in nature, he nonetheless responded promptly, and invariably followed up on the remedies.
