Starting from November 2005, Far East Organization’s Chief Operating Officers and Top Executives led the rollout of a series of inaugural Business Communication Workshops. These workshops are part of a sustained corporate development programme to share and reinforce our business philosophy and objectives with the Organization to help broaden the perspectives and knowledge of our people for the business.

The workshops are an important platform to communicate the shared values that shape our Organization’s operating ethos and our brand. The presentations and open discussion forums arm our people with greater knowledge and understanding, to enable them to better serve our customers. The workshops also encourage our people to acknowledge and applaud each other’s work and contributions. By coalescing our people towards believing in themselves and the Organization, the programme seeks to re-energise and motivate them to inject fresh momentum to their work.
