Wong Peng Yan
Director, Project Development

Mr Wong is head of the Project Development Department of Far East Organization and leads in the Organization's operating interface with public sector agencies such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on issues pertaining to development. He chairs the Organization's Development Review Committee, which oversees the development of all projects undertaken by Far East Organization. He coalesces the Project Management and Development team to ensure the delivery of excellent product quality in the Organization's projects and drives sustained efforts in winning industry accolades for our developments. He also oversees the Customer Service, Estate Management and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Units to ensure consistently high standards in product and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

Yu We Le
Director, Group Human Resources

Ms Yu heads the Group Human Resources Department under the Executive Office and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of human resource policies and strategies for the Organization's property and hotel operations. She guides and communicates to staff the Organization's shared values that shape our work ethics and ethos, and reviews policies and programmes to retain and attract talent to Far East Organization. She will continue to focus on effective manpower deployment and initiate leadership development as well as training programmes in our sustained efforts to groom young talent and nurture leaders at all levels in the Organization.

Chng Kiong Huat
Deputy Director, Project Development

Mr Chng leads the Customer Service and Estate Management teams to deliver excellent after-sales service. He is a member of the Organization's Development Review Committee. He assists Mr Wong Peng Yan in providing leadership in project management and development in Far East Organization.

Kelvin Ling
Deputy Director, Business Solutions

Mr Ling will see to the immediate task of merging the accounting function for the Organization's serviced residences portfolio (formerly in the Financial Management Division) into the Hotel Shared Service Department. The latter, which is a centralised corporate financial management resource for our hotel portfolio, has been renamed as Hospitality Shared Service Department to reflect its enlarged scope and will come under the charge of Mr Ling. He will continue to work closely with Mr George Khoo, Group General Manager and Director of Business Solutions, to identify and implement business solutions to better the financial goals of the Organization.
