Through the very hard work put in by our sales
teams and everyone in the Organization, FEO capped
2003 with sales of 1,704 private homes and executive
condominiums.
Organisation-wide initiatives such as Club Connect
and Sales Excellence Campaign rallied the participation
of non-sales staff to our sales programme.
Club Connect, launched in March 2003, serves
as an avenue for staff referrals. It organised
activities such as Project Tours and Club Connect
Get-together functions, with the aim to familiarise
staff with FEO developments and to motivate and
encourage them to make referrals. These concerted
efforts resulted in a five-fold increase in the
number of staff referrals.
Club Connect also spearheaded the Sales Excellence
Campaign, held from 1 July to 15 August 2003.
This campaign, through its various activities
and programmes, helped drove our sales to greater
heights.
Motivational talks and training programmes were
organised for the sales staff to keep them inspired
and positive. Top sales personnel also shared
their winning formulas with their colleagues.
The Sales Target & Action Nite held quarterly,
as well as FEO’s inhouse sales bulletin,
Sales Talk, provided staff with regular updates
of our progress in achieving our sales target
and kept them abreast of market developments.
